Pacchetti vacanze in Distretto di Mai Châu

La struttura si trova nel centro storico di Hanoi molto comoda per parecchie attrazioni e con molte opzioni raggiungibili a piedi per pranzare la sera. L’hotel è pulito e con letti comodi, noi dormivamo al sesto piano e il rumore del traffico non ci ha disturbato. La struttura non è nuovissima e ci sono imperfezioni ma sinceramente a noi interessava un posto per dormire ben posizionato e in questo ci ha soddisfatto pienamente. Infine il vero punto di forza dell’hotel è l’accoglienza del suo personale sempre cordiale e disponibile. Ci hanno organizzato alcuni servizi, tra cui una escursione ad Halong Bay e tutto è stato perfetto, vi consiglio caldamente di affidarvi a loro anche per queste cose. Unica nota a cui fare attenzione è che l’ascensore parte dal primo piano, persone c9n difficoltà motorie devono tenerlo presente.

We had a wonderful stay at Splendid Premium Hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They assisted us with an issue regarding our flight tickets, even checking the details for us to confirm which luggage was included. They also arranged drivers whenever we needed and provided clear information for all our questions. The hotel was very clean, tidy, and well maintained. Breakfast was international and abundant – nothing to complain about. We also booked a traditional Vietnamese massage through the hotel, at their partner spa, and it was excellent. After our initial two-night stay, we decided to return for a third night before our flight, as the location was convenient for the airport. This was an additional confirmation of the excellent service we had already experienced. The location is perfect – right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with everything just a few minutes’ walk away. We highly recommend this hotel to other travelers, not only for the strategic location but above all for the kindness, professionalism, and attention of the staff.
